We will be closing at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 30th for our staff to complete First Aid Training.
 Our Annual Spring Clean Up will take place on Saturday, April 29th from 9 a.m. until noon.
Please bring work gloves and a rake if you have one. We will have interior & exterior tasks. -Bring furniture in from storage container -Trim down brush in front of traps -Take out overgrown weeds/bushes near gate -Remake 5-stand stands -Rake up hulls -Hose off patio ceiling -Hang new exterior whiteboard -Clean out garbage cans -Put up bird deterrents under patio -Pick up trash around the property -Clear fallen branches -Hang patio fans -Wipe down inside of coolers -Clean interior windows Please send at least one representative from your team. The club relies on member support to continue to operate. The last day to shoot Winter League rounds will be on Sunday, April 16th.  The Game Night scheduled for tonight, Tuesday, February 21st is canceled due to the upcoming snow storm. A new date will be scheduled soon. Stay safe!
 Due to inclement weather, the traps will be closed on Sunday, January 29th. As a reminder, we do not open the traps when the windchill is -10 degrees or below for the safety of our employees and members.
The clubhouse will have shortened hours. It will be open from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. We are hiring Trap Tenders. Must be 16 or older. Please email westendtrapclub@gmail.com if interested, or see a bartender in the clubhouse for an application.
Current hours needed: Sundays from 9 am until 5 pm. There will be more hours available beginning late March/early April. West End Trap Club will be closed on Sunday, December 25th. Have a merry and safe Christmas and happy holidays!  |
